Orlando Pre-K / Orlando VPK
Kids 'R' Kids Orlando at Waterford has been offering Pre-Kindergarten since 1998. In 2004, the State of Florida started providing funding for this curriculum but does not require that all children attend. Hence, the name, "Voluntary" Pre-Kindergarten or VPK. In addition to being voluntary, parents are allowed to choose their educational facility. As you weigh the choice between Orlando public VPK and a certified private Orlando VPK provider, their are many differences to consider. At Kids 'R' Kids Orlando we know the great importance of early childhood education and do not believe that children of this age belong in the public elementary school environment. One look at our Enrichment Center, specifically designed and dedicated to the VPK and Pre-K students, and you will understand our commitment to excellence in early childhood education. We have created a dynamic, fun and secure environment, supported by our professional teaching staff. |

Our Full Day Pre-K program which includes VPK, lunch, snacks and extra-curricular activies is $125.00 per week (non-VPK weeks 155.00 per week). This is our most popular option for families. Full day program hours are 6:30 am to 6:30 pm. Field Trips, Carnival Day, School Photos and Graduation Day are some of the highlights of our full day program. |

Our Kids 'R' Kids Orlando VPK Program follows the Orange County Public School Calendar. If you are transferring from out of the area or from another school, it is never too late to enroll.
We offer VPK and Pre-K instructional hours from 9-12 in the morning. At noon the children are served lunch then given a "rest" time. For Full Day students, the afternoon is filled with curriculum activities as well as outside time in our spacious playground. Full Day tuition includes two snacks and a lunch.
Our five day VPK program is split into two sessions, one in the morning from 9-12 and the other in the afternoon from 1-4. The three day Partial Day Program is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 - 2 and also Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9 - 2.

Getting
"kindergarten ready" is what Pre-Kindergarten
is all about. No one does that better than we do. From
experienced and degreed teachers, to Whole Child curriculum,
you can count on us ensure your child is prepared. Located
in the Enrichment Center, each class has their own computer
lab and shares two large playgrounds. Because we have
one of the largest Pre-Kindergarten programs in the area,
we are able to incorporate many field trips and extra-curricular
activities to make learning even more fun! |
| Our Enrichment Center offers both a Full-Day program and the state funded
Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK). The Full day session
is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and includes the state
funded VPK program. |
