Kids R Kids Orlando's staffing philosophy is just as important to the success of our center as our teaching philosophy. We hire people with experience and an aptitude for professional communication and then train them to be teachers who you can count on and work with as your children grow through the stages of early childhood.

Our staff has many benefits, paid holidays and sick days. Many of them have their own children at the center which makes them even more dedicated to nurturing and educating your children. We have a designated career track for early childhood professionals that is unique to our field and motivating for the staff.

	In addition, we have added a level of Supervisors, who work in the classrooms along side of the teachers to ensure that the department has the help and expertise right there - all of the time. This also is a great benefit to our parents. As a parent, you may have a concern or question that you would rather address on the spot or keep confidential. The department supervisor is there for you and will assume responsibility for your specific situation. They know when to involve the Director, how to resolve problems and communicate the resolution.
