Seeing the need for a quality early child care center in East Orlando, Christy Delk decided to combine two loves - children and human resources. She opened and manages her own child care and development center in 1998 in the rapidly growing Waterford Lakes ares. A working mother herself, (as are many of our employees) Delk drew on her passions and met the needs of many young working families in East Orlando.
This year Christy Delk has decided to grow again, she is introducing a private kindergarten and opening a new Kids 'R' Kids Orlando child care location in Avalon Park. Both facilities utilize an in-house bus transportation center to accommodate pick up and drop off needs of the parents. They also pick up at 8 local elementary schools for after school care and use the small bus fleet for summer camp field trips.
Kids 'R' Kids is committed to providing a safe, fun, and educational environment for your child, where he is loved and taught by experts dedicated to the highest standards in child development and education. Our Orlando child care centers in Waterford Lakes include two spacious buildings on a three acre campus, which is home on weekdays to approximately 400 children and more than 50 employees. The main center which is uniquely designed for safety and security and has fifteen classrooms and six large playgrounds for varying ages. We have been blessed with the opportunity to provide quality child care in East Orlando for over ten years and we truly feel like a part of the community. You will see Kids 'R' Kids Orlando child care giving back by volunteering and supporting local causes and we try to make it to lots of local events every season.
