Field Trip Guidelines:
Parents must sign a Kids R Kids Field Trip General Permission Form for these field trips. All monies must be paid in advance. No exceptions will be made. On field trip days, your child is required to wear the Kids R Kids field trip t-shirt. If your child does not have a Kids R Kids field trip t-shirt, one can be purchased at the front desk for $10.00. Without a field trip t-shirt, your child will not be allowed to attend the trip scheduled for that day. Wearing a Kids R Kids field trip t-shirt will help the teachers identify the children at field trip locations.
Please do not send your child/children to the center with money unless authorized by a teacher.
Please keep in mind that closed shoes are to be worn at all times, even on water days. On water days, please send your child with a bathing suit, towel, and change of clothes. Sunscreen is highly recommended. We ask that you apply sunscreen prior to arriving at Kids R Kids. If you would like it to be reapplied throughout the day, please complete a Sunscreen Authorization form at the front desk. Your child is required to bring a disposable brown bag lunch on days marked with BYOL. If your child does not have a lunch or peanut butter is packed, one will be provided for them and the parent’s account will be charged a fee of $5.00.

At Kids R Kids Summer Camp Every Friday is Water Day!
Kids Love Water Days, so this Summer
we decided to have a Water Day Every Week.
On Water Days (Every Friday), please send your child with a bathing suit, towel and a change of clothes. Sunscreen is highly recommended. We ask that you apply sunscreen prior to arriving at Kids R Kids. If you would like it reapplied throughout the day, please complete an Sunscreen Authorization form at the front desk. Regular diapers / pull-ups are OK for younger campers. Please keep in mind that closed shoes are to be worn at all times, even on water days. No flip-flops allowed.
Avalon Park Summer Campers
will be visiting the Tonya King Splash Pad as a part of their Friday Pizza & Water Days.
